If you haven't been to the Detroit AutoRama it's well worth the trip, in fact but it on your "Bucket List".   It's a fantastic show, some say the grand daddy of themall.  Close to 1,000 cars - 2 floors (downstairs it's hundreds of rat rods) while upstairs on the main floor of Cobo Hall you'll be treated to 25 "Ridler" contenders all vying to get into the "Great 8" and eventually winning the coveted Ridler Award (of brand newly built in the past year cars no-one has ever seen before)!

Buses drop you right off along the side of Cobo Hall, you can leave your jackets on board.  If you're considering driving up by yourself in your car, parking is a nightmare, you'll have to walk many blocks away, pay high prices to say nothing about weather conditions and driving home - all toll you'll spend more in gas, autorama tickets (at $15 per) and parking then you would taking the bus!!  But act now - get a buddy, your wife, or a group of friends and make it an adventure!!
